great river views and easy access to downtown attractions

I really appreciated the beautiful river view from my room and the fact that the hotel was just a few steps away from the walking/biking trail that led right into downtown. It was a perfect spot for someone who loves city strolls like me.

Everything was simply well-maintained. Queen room was updated and new-fashioned with breakfast. The location was marvellous for traveling around Morgantown, very close to a baseball tournament, and the river with a nice walking/running path.

It boasts stunning, incredible location just next door to Morgantown, the river with a nice walking/running path, Morgantown Flour and Feed restaurant.

Unexpected walk, but great stay

Waking up to the river view was a good surprise. The comfortable beds and friendly staff were great.

The trek from the parking garage to the front desk felt endless, especially with luggage. It dampened the excitement of checking into a nice hotel.

I booked at Booked.net. The staff said that my booking was for Tuesday and was marked as a "no show" When I returned home I checked my confirmation and it was for Friday, Oct.26th as I thought. The man said he removed my charge for Tuesday. The cost was $159 plus tax. The original charge was $178(?). The charge when I checked Sun. was for $198(?). I hope that is corrected by now.

No minibar No safety box in room I had to buy the electricity adaptor from the hotel instead of being offered by the hotel Hotel shuttle availability and the allowed trips depend on the reception personnel mode; the same distention was approved by one staff and refused by another for no obvious reason although the one refused claimed it was busy when the driver himself denied it.

The staff were helpful, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant. Everything in the room was great and went beyond my expectations from previous visits to morgantown.

Riverside park! Fun spot for kids to play and adults to work out. The pool was a nice size and the hot tub was actually hot :)

Extra towels never arrived. Room service order wasn't accurate (wrong cereal, no egg or pesto on breakfast sandwich).

Fine river views and spacious room

I loved the beautiful river views from my room. The spacious layout provided ample comfort. The gym facilities were excellent, and having a Starbucks in the lobby was a nice perk. I found the restaurant service to be a bit slow during peak hours, which detracted from the experience.

Nice river view and friendly staff, but noisy corridors ruined sleep.

I appreciated the modern décor and the hotel's open lobby, beautifully designed with comfortable seating. The layout was easy to navigate, especially with the cute atmosphere.

Improve housekeeping for better room cleanliness.

Nice hotel with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. The staff even helped me get a local taxi number on my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable trip!

Parking is a hike from the lobby, and consistent housekeeping would be a game changer!!! The restaurant service is a mess during busy times and needs more staff to handle demand!!! Room temperature control needs serious attention!!!

The kids loved the spacious room with cozy beds, and the pool was lit! The staff was cute.

My kids wished there was a more dedicated kids' area.
